How they are elected
Great Valley School District is divided into three voting Regions for the purposes of voting for the School Board Directors. Each region has three School Board Director seats on the Board. Each resident can, therefore, only vote for 3 of the seats on the Board. However, each School Board Director serves the entire School District and is therefore accountable to all the residents of the District. A Director's term is 4 years and there are no term limits.
We provide a map at the bottom of this page which provides the boundaries of the 3 voting Regions.
